This notice explains what happens to the information you give us when you contact Undullify Media through this page.
Who we are
Undullify Media Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16075586. We are the data controller for any personal information you provide through this page.

What we collect
When you contact us, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Any information you choose to include in your message
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or marketing automation tools on this page.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not collect personally identifying information.
Why we collect it
To read your message and reply to it.
Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest: responding to direct enquiries from people who have voluntarily contacted us.
If you become a client: the intake questionnaire
Once an engagement begins, we ask you to complete a written questionnaire about your work: your professional history, the results you have delivered, and what clients have said about you. We use it for one purpose: designing and building your page. The lawful basis is performance of a contract.
Your answers are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (our hosting provider) and are processed with AI writing and synthesis tools (Anthropic's Claude) as part of producing your page. These providers act as processors on our instructions; your information is not used to train their models under the terms we use, and is never sold or used for marketing.
While you fill in the questionnaire, your draft answers are saved in your own browser's local storage so you cannot lose work. That draft stays on your device; nothing is sent to us until you press submit. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam.
Intake answers are project data: we keep them for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards, as described below. The copy held on Cloudflare's infrastructure is removed once your answers are filed into your project records, and expires automatically after 90 days at the latest.
Who we share it with
Nobody, unless required by law. Your message is read by Undullify Media and is not forwarded to any third party for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose. The only systems that touch your information are the service providers named above, acting on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry messages for 12 months after our last contact with you. After that, the message is deleted.
If our exchange leads to a working relationship, we may retain your contact details and any project-relevant information for as long as the relationship continues, plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to how we are using your information
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk

Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle enquiry data, this notice will be updated and the date above will change.
