I built attention inside corporate first.

Otis, 2016. A dull brief: an internal CRM launch. I filmed a 3-minute video that broke every rule of corporate comms. Directors then backed me to produce seventy-plus more.

It worked. I had no idea why.

After leaving I studied behavioural science. The video I'd built by instinct was a perfect example of those methodologies. Never applied it again.
